She is Polish!

Jules is doing a really good job at trying new things. Just last night she had a Chinese stir fry with us and I was amazed that she ate what she did. The only problem is consistency. She will literally eat an entire plate of something one day and turn her nose up at it the next day.

She's even more challenging when it comes to veggies. If I'm cutting cucumbers and tomatoes at the counter she'll eat them until she explodes, but if we put them on her plate, she won't touch them.

Recently we had a dinner experience in which her polish roots shone through. We had smoked kielbasa with Kosciusko spicy mustard. She gobbled it up! She was licking the mustard off her fingers and asking for more! If she could have removed the lid, I think that she would have drank the stuff!
