So we go to the Elks Lodge and sure enough there are maybe 10 kids there. So we didn't have to pay anything and we didn't have to wait in line either!! It was amazing! And, oh yea, Julia didn't cry one bit!! I was very impressed! And it was a very nice event by the Elks.

Julia has 2 teeth that are in on the bottom front and probably a few more that will be showing themselves very shortly. I say this because she has been quite cranky lately and that is not her usual behavior.
She is also becoming a little daredevil! When we used to put her in her Jump-a-roo, she would bounce a little here and there and generally play. Now, she bounces like crazy. So much so that she made herself throw up the other day. Andy actually caught that on video with the camera...I'll let him blog about that! She also loves the Christmas tree and if you are holding her close enough, she will lunge out to grab it, whether you are ready or not!
We decided to tell Santa not to bring Julia any presents this year. For a couple of reasons...1. We knew she wouldn't remember so we told Santa to give the toys to kids who appreciate them, 2. We figured she would get spoiled by her grandparents/aunts/uncles anyway, 3. If she needs anything at any point, we usually just buy it for her, 4. We figured she would rather play with the bows/paper/boxes than the toys. Sure enough, we put her next to the Christmas tree tonight to take some pictures and all she wanted to do was grab the bows!!! Next year we can just tell Santa to bring a bag of bows!!!

Happy Holidays!!!
